Top 13 Countries Exposure For Nuclear Industry

With the world's eyes glued to the situation at nuclear facilities Fukushima Japan, fear and worry over the stability of the world supply of nuclear electricity is surging. Investors sold shares of nuclear power, fear there may be a reaction that prevents the construction of new facilities.
And reactions that may have already started. Germany, which produces 28.6% of electric power using nuclear facilities in 2009 according to the IAEA, has already announced plans to close all seven nuclear reactors that came online before 1980 (during basal 3 months). That's the 16th largest state producer of nuclear energy with the percentage in the world. Japan, now experiencing a disaster, is number 15.

We have the following 13 nuclear power producer countries with the largest percentage of new plants and details on their building, and that their parents might have to take off the band if they follow the lead of Germany.

Note: Lithuania world's number 1 producer in 2009, but both the factory was closed in early 2010, so they would not generate any electricity from nuclear power.
